What You'll Do:
Lead Strategy and Transformation Projects: Conduct high-impact consultancy projects with a strategic core, focusing on the Life Sciences industry.
Advise C Level in Life Sciences: Provide expert guidance on corporate strategy design, digital transformation, and process optimization.
Innovate and Acquire: Support the acquisition and development of cutting-edge consultancy projects.
Strategize and Network: Develop external ecosystems and create strategic papers that influence the industry.
What We're Looking For:
Educational Excellence: Degree in Economics, Pharmacy, Natural Sciences, Medicine, or a related field.
Professional Experience: 1.5 - 5 years in strategy consulting or a healthcare organization.
Expertise and Passion: Expertise in areas like strategy development, business model innovation, transformations, operations, supply chain, product strategy, and sustainability.
Trend Savvy: High interest in emerging trends and technologies.
Language Skills: Proficiency in German (ideally) and English (essential)
