Position Overview:

Our client, a leading global management consultancy firm, seeks a Partner with extensive experience in business and economics to advance strategic and operational objectives. Candidates must have a minimum of twelve years of consulting experience, particularly in transformation, strategy, and performance improvement in Consumer Goods and Retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic business transformation projects in the US, managing multiple projects to drive performance improvement.
• Resolve complex issues beyond the project manager's expertise, ensuring the alignment of final project presentations with client agreements.
• Oversee cost management and strategic focus areas to support the firm’s goals in digitalization, globalization, and sustainability.
• Cultivate client relationships and identify new markets and customer segments, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Engage in HR decisions affecting consultants, including recruitment, evaluations, and development initiatives.
• Contribute to thought leadership and marketing efforts through publications and insights into industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in General Management or Business Administration.
• Over twelve years of experience managing large-scale international projects.
• Strong expertise in project scheduling, control tools, and reporting standards, with a focus on operational implementation.
• In-depth understanding of digital practices, international business procedures, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with a proven track record in competitive business environments.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver results under pressure.
