A full-service consultancy with over six decades of experience in the mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Engagement Manager to join our Advisory group in London. As an Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients' business, financing, and project objectives.

Responsibilities:

Lead client engagements, collaborating closely with senior executives to develop and implement effective business strategies.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry dynamics to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Develop and present compelling business cases, strategic recommendations, and implementation plans to clients.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and providing thought leadership and strategic guidance.
Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in business strategy and consulting, sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues and clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in strategy and operations consulting, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact engagements for clients.
Strong analytical skills, utilizing data to inform decisions and measure results.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, demonstrating creativity in developing innovative solutions to complex business problems.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, establishing relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
Leadership and project management expertise, capable of leading teams and managing multiple projects concurrently.
Experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with a focus on exceptional client service.
