Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Project Management:
Oversee and guide a team of project leads, consultants, and associates to achieve project objectives.
Maintain and nurture client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
Lead the delivery of projects, managing financial performance, quality of work, and overall client satisfaction.
Take part in sales and business development, research initiatives, and internal development efforts.
Service Delivery:
Design comprehensive project plans, including governance, risk management, and requirement definitions.
Oversee project delivery activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely financial collection.
Provide guidance to the project team in structuring data collection, research, benchmarking, and analysis.
Lead interviews, executive meetings, and workshops with clients and stakeholders.
Support the team in crafting and presenting project solutions and recommendations.
Business Development:
Identify business opportunities within ongoing engagements and devise strategies to capitalize on them.
Develop and refine technical and financial proposals.
Lead internal research initiatives and contribute to the creation of related reports.
Participate in the development and design of new products and services.
Qualifications:
3-6 years of relevant experience in organisational excellence or similar fields.
Proven experience in managing consulting projects and directly engaging with clients.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
A team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
