Delivery Leader / Engagement Manager (Microsoft Business Group)
Consulting Point is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a leading consultancy client for a Delivery Leader / Engagement Manager within the Microsoft Business Group. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale, high-impact transformation programmes powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

The Role
As a Delivery Leader / Engagement Manager, you will drive the successful delivery and adoption of Microsoft Business Applications across a wide range of industries. This role requires a blend of leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on execution to enable clients to achieve tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, from planning through to execution and adoption.
• Engage with clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers to understand business requirements and design tailored solutions aligned to business value.
• Oversee Agile delivery, ensuring risk management, progress tracking, and strategic alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships at senior and executive levels, presenting clear business cases and value-driven outcomes.
• Mentor delivery teams and contribute to practice development, including recruitment, training, and capability enhancement.
• Provide thought leadership around innovation, technology adoption, and the competitive landscape in Microsoft Business Applications.

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
• At least eight years' experience in consulting, technology delivery, or business transformation.
• Deep functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, with relevant certifications highly desirable.
• Proven experience in managing complex programmes, with a focus on strategic outcomes and client success.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly Azure, and emerging trends such as Generative AI.
• Professional qualifications in Delivery Management methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, or Project Management.
• UK government security clearance (BPSS or SC) is advantageous.
