Consulting Point is supporting a leading consulting firm specializing in data science, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics. We work with top-tier clients across various industries, helping them leverage data-driven strategies to drive business transformation and operational excellence.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager / Case Team Leader to join their Paris office. In this role, you will lead project teams, drive client engagements, and deliver high-impact solutions powered by data and AI. You will work closely with senior executives, data scientists, and engineers to provide strategic insights and guide data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to solve complex business challenges.
• Serve as a key client contact, maintaining strong relationships and understanding their needs.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Drive business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications & Experience
• Master’s or PhD in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage teams and complex engagements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with hands-on experience in data science and AI methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and French.
• Experience in business development and client relationship management is a plus.
