Manager – Defence & National Security (Middle East)
A global consulting firm is seeking an experienced Manager to join its Defence and National Security practice in the Middle East. The team partners with government ministries, defence organisations, and industrial players to deliver large-scale transformation and capability-development programmes.
This is a hands-on leadership role managing multi-disciplinary project teams and contributing to client relationships in a high-growth practice.
Requirements:
6–10 years’ consulting experience, ideally with a leading strategy or transformation firm.
Proven project leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Experience within defence, security, or government transformation desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to operate in cross-cultural teams.
Location: Riyadh or Abu Dhabi
