The Opportunity
As a Senior Manager or Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading client engagements, managing teams, and driving delivery excellence across high-impact projects. You’ll work directly with senior partners and private equity clients on buy-side and sell-side due diligence, value creation, and growth strategy assignments.

What You’ll Do
Lead and deliver engagements across due diligence, growth strategy, and value creation
Build trusted relationships with private equity investors and portfolio company executives
Manage, coach, and develop high-performing junior consultants
Collaborate with senior leadership to shape practice direction and internal knowledge initiatives
What We’re Looking For
5–10 years’ experience in a leading strategy consultancy or a mix of consulting and PE/portfolio experience
Proven ability to deliver complex projects independently or as part of a small senior team
Strong analytical and commercial problem-solving skills
Experience in market assessment, customer analysis, or financial modelling
Excellent academic background in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Data Science
Based in or open to relocating to Houston, Washington DC, New York, or Chicago
