Project Management & Governance Squad – Banking Transformation Programme
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | 12-Month Contract (Onsite)

Consulting Point is partnering with a major financial institution on a large-scale consumer banking transformation. As part of this programme, we are assembling a dedicated Project Management & Governance Squad responsible for driving structured delivery, ensuring oversight, and maintaining alignment across multiple workstreams within the transformation office.

This team will act as the control hub of the programme, managing delivery cadence, performance tracking, and governance reporting. The work will span transformation planning, risk management, compliance coordination, and portfolio oversight. We are seeking professionals with strong project-management discipline and proven experience in financial-services environments who can bring structure, transparency, and delivery focus to a fast-moving change programme.

Key Responsibilities
-Maintain project and programme governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to internal standards and regulatory expectations.
-Track progress across transformation initiatives, identifying risks, issues, and inter-dependencies.
-Prepare and deliver management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations summarising programme health and performance.
-Support audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance follow-ups in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
-Facilitate communication between business, risk, operations, and transformation teams to maintain delivery discipline.
-Contribute to continuous improvement of programme methodologies and governance practices.

What We’re Looking For
-Minimum 7 years’ experience in PMO, governance, or transformation delivery within banking or financial services.
-Strong understanding of project governance, risk, and regulatory processes.
-Practical knowledge of frameworks such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma.
-Confident preparing executive-level reporting and engaging with senior stakeholders.
-Excellent communication skills; English essential, Arabic desirable.

This is a 12-month onsite contract in Riyadh, with accommodation and travel support provided. The squad offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in one of the region’s most significant banking transformations, shaping governance standards and delivery excellence within a dynamic, multicultural team.
