With a presence in over 25 countries and a workforce of over 1,000 professionals, the firm supports major enterprises across the industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and automotive sectors. They are currently seeking a senior leader to accelerate their growth within the United States market.


The Role

This is a senior Partner-level position focused on business origination and the expansion of executive-level client relationships. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, positioning the firm’s expertise in operations strategy, supply chain, and digital transformation.


As a member of the US leadership team, you will shape market strategy and align business development efforts with global delivery capabilities.


Key Responsibilities


Business Origination: Lead the identification and conversion of high-value consulting engagements within the US market.

Executive Relationship Management: Maintain and grow a robust network of C-suite contacts across global and domestic enterprises.

Market Strategy: Collaborate with global leadership to execute regional expansion plans.

Service Line Positioning: Advise clients on complex challenges related to performance improvement and digital supply chain evolution.

Internal Leadership: Mentor consulting teams and contribute to the firm’s commercial culture.


Candidate Profile


Consulting Pedigree: Extensive experience within a Tier-1 or Tier-2 management consulting firm.

Proven Track Record: A demonstrable history of winning and scaling complex consulting engagements focused on operations and transformation.

Network: An established and active C-suite network within the US industrial, manufacturing, or consumer sectors.

Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of operations strategy and the impact of digital transformation on global value chains.

Work Authorisation: US Citizenship or Green Card holder is mandatory. No sponsorship is available for this position.
