The Opportunity
A leading strategy boutique specialising in high impact Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) and corporate strategy is looking to appoint a Junior Engagement Manager to its London team.


This mandate is specifically designed for a high performing Senior Associate ready for a formal promotion to Engagement Manager, or a recently promoted EM seeking a more delivery focused, boutique environment. The role offers a flat structure with direct exposure to Partners and high levels of project ownership.


The Role
The position is delivery heavy, focusing on the leadership of end to end engagements primarily within the Commercial Due Diligence space. Key responsibilities include:



Project Leadership: Leading CDD and strategy workstreams from inception to final client output.

Strategy & Operations: Executing growth strategy and operational reviews, largely within the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

Team Management: Acting as the primary lead for workstreams, managing and mentoring junior Associates and Analysts.

Client Management: Serving as the day to day point of contact for clients, ensuring high quality delivery and professional gravitas.


Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:



Consulting Pedigree: Current or recent experience within a Tier One (Big 4, MBB, Accenture), Tier Two, or a reputable strategy boutique.

Professional Experience: Approximately 5 years of total consulting experience with a strong track record in Commercial Due Diligence (CDD).

Sector Expertise: Experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences is highly preferred. A medical or scientific background (MD or PhD) is considered a significant advantage.

Language Skills: Proficiency in a European language (Spanish, German, French, or Italian) is a distinct advantage.
